We are seeking Automation Engineers to support validation and implementation activities associated with automated equipment. The role will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Perform validation activities for automated equipment and systems throughout the implementation and qualification lifecycle.
- Develop and execute validation documentation, including User Requirements Specifications (URS), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), and related validation deliverables.
- Support the validation of highly complex automated equipment, ensuring documentation and activities meet established quality and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to identify technical issues and support timely resolution.
- Support programming and technical troubleshooting activities associated with automated equipment.
- Work with PLC-controlled systems and automation technologies, including pick-and-place equipment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to support the implementation of automated processes.
- Support the transition of existing manual processes to automated solutions, including equipment implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical and validation documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support activities associated with new process development and implementation of automated manufacturing processes.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Previous experience in regulated industry (Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices).
Experience with automated manufacturing system and equipment.
- Experience with automation/controls, tooling, fixtures, test method development.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and project-oriented environment.
Good technical writing skills.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
