HR Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of HR management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and organizational development.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to strengthen organizational culture by promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Provide human resources services for the Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Operations team.
- Manage internal workplace conflicts, disciplinary issues, attendance (tardiness and absences), and performance concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of cases.
- Make informed and strategic decisions on cases based on available information, ensuring timely resolution and outcomes that support business and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of company policies and procedures, promoting compliance with established organizational standards.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies for the Employee Relations team, providing direction and actionable recommendations to enhance engagement and retention outcomes.
- Ensure the proper execution of recruitment processes by overseeing compliance with established procedures and maintaining hiring standards across the organization.
- Evaluate HR structures and processes, recommend and drive improvements, and support change management efforts aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Education
- BA in Human Resources, Operations Management, or related fields. MBA Preferred.
- Proven experience supervising HR teams with a strong background in talent management, employee evaluation, and HR program oversight.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and benefits administration practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a changing environment and respond to changing needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; excellent presentation skills for training sessions or leadership updates.
- Exceptional time-management, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Bilingual written and spoken (Spanish and English).
*This opportunity will be full-time 100% on site in our offices at Mayaguez.
